Festival state of mind
One of the best events in Harstad is the hosting of the Arts Festival of Northern Norway in the middle/end of June. Here you can visit galleries, taste local world class food, listen to top musicians, dance to the rhythms of drums as well as overlooking the Fjord and the archipelago.
