Kvæfjord Matkultur is a network consisting out of local businesses that produce, sell and distribute a large assortment of local food and regional experiences from Kvæfjord and the surrounding archipelago.
The network consists out of 16 members:
Elde gård, Nordsand gård og Tinghuset Gårdsbutikk, Indre Øren gård, Olaåsen gård, Vik gård, Altevik gård, Dalheim gård, Sandsøygull Bigård, Ottestad gård, Refsnes Matglede, Oldra gård, Skafferiet Gourmet, Matfra.no, BARK spiseri og bar og Thon Hotel Lofoten.
Kvæfjord Matkultur is going to adapt production and sales with the green shift in mind. The network has ambitions to become a hub of competence and knowledge, and will council within expertise areas such as local food and environmentally friendly production.
