In 2017 celebrates Inga Helene Juul 30 years as a clarinetist in Army Band Northern Norway and 25 years as a clarinet teacher at Harstad Kulturskole. Now the performer and educator combined new and former students, colleagues and other good clarinet friends to a musical feast where the clarinet is paramount.
